My verdict
I LOVED it.
I was a first worried about its taste but I can say that I can only taste peppermint. I enjoyed mixing it with lemon green tea and it was very lovely and refreshing. 👍🏻
I do get occasional cramps but never been that bad and I can’t quite comment on this. I got a slight cramp on the day but not much after. The main thing I wanted to test was how it did with my headaches. I have been getting bad headaches, almost like migraines, before and during every period. To my surprise, it didn’t happen! I was free to do whatever I wanted and didn’t have to stay in bed. 😭❤️
So the bottom line is, it works and it tastes great. It is a great addition to your daily routine. 👏🏻
